Congratulations to Marianne Lieberman on her accomplishment as a published author. Her memoir "Aftershocks" has been published in German in Austria as a Holocaust memoir. Marianne plans to pursue having it published in the U.S. Marianne is also an artist having had exhibits at the Mint Museum and art galleries. Marianne is pictured here with her husband Jerry.

Congratulations to Jim and Jan Faulkner who recently completed the 10K Cooper River Bridge Run and Walk in Charleston. Jim overcame a serious illness to participate in his 25th race at the annual Copper River Bridge Run. We are so happy to have both Jim and Jan back dancing with us at Carolina Ballroom!

Congratulations to Marilyn Stiff on becoming President of the American College of Veterinary Internal Medicine (ACVIM) at a ceremony in June held in Baltimore. The ACVIM is an organization of about 1500 member specialists from around the world. Marilyn has been a Veterinary Specialist for 22 years and is the first person to be on the Board of Regents of the ACVIM that is from a solo private practice in the entire history of the College. Way to go, Marilyn!
